Who can forget getting a mixtape for the first time from that special someone? Ok, so I’m not really old enough to know the feeling of the actual mixtape exchanges of the 80′s, I have received a few actual mixtape tapes before. One of which had some sick hits from Now “some number in the single digits”. If you aren’t familiar with the Now series, I believe its up to 77! However, from the looks of the homepage, it would appear that the Now series has passed numbers and is just “Now That’s What I Call Music to Infinity”.
I’m sure you would agree, though, that you have received more mix CD’s than anything else. I appreciate a good mix CD, I just had an excellent one shipped to me with some really solid tracks. However, the CD is getting old. Its a tired medium in the 21st Century world. There must be something better than a mix CD…
